Any decent phone (contract) plans which include a free, decent phone?

During Christmas, Rogers was offering a free Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo as a Christmas special. Being stupid and hesitant, I missed it and am still in need of a new smartphone.

I don't fancy paying 600$+ for a good smartphone and I don't mind locking into a contract as long as the carrier is reputable and has good coverage (bye bye Wind Mobile).

I would be most appreciative if anybody could tell me of any ongoing specials or plans in general which include a free Samsung Galaxy S5 or another smartphone of around that caliber. I am also fine with Apple, however, I would not like to use anything below Iphone 5.

Added (2). To clarify, the free Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo Christmas special obviously was only being offered alongside select 2 year plans.
