on any setting, my Samsung tab 4(7.0) has started taking atrociously grainy pictures. Cleaning the lens doesn't seem to help. The pictures come out looking as though someone had scattered rgb noise, and taking pictures in brighter/darker areas also doesn't alleviate the problem.
