I got a new ACER laptop yesterday, windows 10 preinstalled. I've followed all the instructions correctly to pair my other devices (which are a Sony Xperia Z phone and Samsung Tabpro tablet) and the pairings are successful, and show as connected. Yet when I try to send a file from either device it just says file not sent. Why? I've tried searching the web for an answer by the way.
