Can i run gta v on this pc at ultra 60fps with only one fan?

so me being a totalfuckhead when i bought this gaming pc i didnt realize that my motherboard only has one chassis fan connector. So now i can only use the fan that cools the hardware (my cpu processor works fine) and not the one that blows out hot air. So I´m wondering if this will decrease performance and/or overheat. Can someone tell me if there is a cheap solution to get both fans working properly? And even if i have to live with only 1 fan will this rig handle gta v at nearly maxed 60fps?
