I want to buy an unlocked Galaxy Note 3, but I want to figure out when it s price will go down. I know the Note 5 is either out or will be out soon, and I m not sure if that would impact the price of the Note 3. In general, when is the best time to buy the older model of a cell phone? Are there set times of the year? Is it when a newer model comes out that almost instantly prices will go down? What are your thoughts and/or advice in this area. I m dead set on a Note 3 but wouldn t mind other options for comparable-quality unlocked phones (I use T-mobile)
