Everytime I tap the power button, my phone turn completely off. Normally if I wanna turn it completely off, I would just hold the power button. Sometimes when I'm using Instagram or Snapchat, it will just turn completely off as well. I checked my antivirus called "Antivirus Free" and it says I have no viruses. So what's going on? Am I being hacked? How can I fix this? Please help
