IPhone 5s vs Samsung s5 Neo?

Which one should I get on bill pay? The Samsung Galaxy s5 Neo seems to have better camera, specs etc, does anyone have a Samsung Galaxy s5 Neo? I have a IPhone 5 currently, thanks.
