Can I get a Different samsung phone, this is my second manufacturers defect in 5 months?!

I have had a galaxy 6 through ATT next program since June. Since, June my phone has had 2 manufacturers deffects so far, in only a 5 months.

The first time it was overheating and actually burnt me while i was sleeping. Extremely hot!

Now, my phone keeps saying in docking station (has never said before) and glitches and keeps making the sound as if you were connecting your charger and disconnecting every second.

Can I get samsung to give me a note 5 instead of a galaxy s6, and pay the difference if need be?
