Why is my new Samsung Galaxy S4 so insanely slow?
Added (1). I upgraded from the S3 to S4 the other day, and I can barely even have 2 apps running at the same time without the phone crashing or freezing. I am starting to think Samsung just makes terrible phones… The phone is new, not refurbished.
So, I have a 2 part question:
Is this a common problem or did I just get a defective phone? And
Should I exchange this piece of junk for another s4, an s3, or an iPhone?
