I live in an apartment complex and outside I test at a ping of 50 with 18 Mbps down and 2 up. But, inside it goes from a ping of 81-450 with 550-1800 Kbps down.
I can put an antennae on my patio, but that's all I can do. I've never bought a booster before, so I'm kind of lost on what to get.
I have a Samsung Galaxy on Verizon LTE, if that helps.
