VERY URGENT! GALAXY A3 WON'T GO ON?

I went out with my friends to go club to go dance and I had my Samsung Galaxy A3 in my chest, next to my breast.
I was sweating and the phone probably got wet. I felt that my phone was getting very hot. I took it out and there was a message saying something about "SIM" and "restart". I then restarted the phone and the same message came up. I then gave it to my friend to keep. When I checked again, the phone was dead and it didn't want to switch on.

When I got home, I saw that there was little droplets of water in the front and rear cameras.
I tried to charge it, but it still didn't go on.

It is a Unibody phone so our doesn't have a removable battery so I can't soft reset. I tried holding the volume up and power button for more than 30 second and still nothing happened.

I only had the phone for 20-odd days now.

Please help. I use my phone for work so I cannot not have a phone right now.
Please please please pretty please help me out.
