Samsung and iphone 4 - do they have the same SIM card?

I have some kind of Samsung phone, it's in the galaxy series. I'd like to switch to an older unlocked iPhone I have, it's an iPhone 4.

I do not have the little thing to open the iPhone 4 and check what SIM card it takes to compare it to my Galaxy phone. The SIM card in my galaxy phone is very small. It says LTE fido. It's rectangular, no more than a cm wide and maybe an eighth of a cm height wise.

If someone could tell me what kind of SIM card I have in my Galaxy, and whether I can put it into my iPhone 4, that would be great. I'd like to save a trip to the mall if they're the same.
