New (refurbished) Samsung Galaxy S5…installed software updates 5 times on first day?

My new Galaxy S5 arrived today - it's refurbished meaning it was returned in the 14 day return period of the company policy from which I bought it. I'm very happy with it, apart from the fact that I've installed software updates about 5 times now, constantly… As soon as it turns back on after 'updating' it's downloading another update, and every update file is around the same size. Is there a problem here?

PS: it was restored to factory settings before being sent to me, I set it up from scratch upon receiving it.
