So I m thinking about getting a chromecast. At home, I have a router with 1Gbps capability and the Internet connection is 768Kbpsx768Kbps DSL. I m not really interested in the Netflix or Hulu aspects of it. I m more interested in the screen mirroring feature it offers.
I have a galaxy s6 edge, and I m wanting to mirror the screen of my phone and tablet. My goal is to get emulators such as PPSSPP and Mupen64 to display on my HDTV.
My question is: since these games are local and don t require an Internet connection to work, would I still experience framerate issues even though Internet isn t being utilized?
