Display Driver keeps crashing, how can I fix this?

So for a while now my PC has been doing this.
Usually while watching videos online the display drive will crash. The screen would go black. A message in the bottom right corner telling me that the display drive has stop working. On the screen I press Esc and the audio from the video can still be heard but the video itself is black. I have to refresh the page to get the video working again.

Anyone know how to fix this? TwT Im not very good with pc things.
