So i ordered a galaxy s4 on ebay from a buyer with 100% positive feedback and been a member since 1999 and everything it right with the phone it works and all but when i took it up to sprint to get activated they said they couldnt activate it because it wasnt a sprint phone and when she looked up the carrier she said the carrier was samsung like it said "Network: Samsung" and i wanna know if the phone is unlocked or stolen or somethin before i return it because if i cud use it on tmobile i will because its a nice phone thanks can someone else whats going on?
