I have a galaxy s4 that i love but its with at&t and im not happy with them i wanna switch to straight talk. Now straight talk said as long as i ended my at&t contract i can do the bring your own phone but at&t told me i can do that but my balance has to be paid or the phone will lock and cant be unlocked till then. Is this true or is he jus tryin to get me to pay the bill?
