Gaming PC Build: Only for the experienced?

I really need help in some aspects of building this PC and advice from professionals…
CPU: i7-4790K
GPU: (Either a MSI GTX 960 2GB or MSI GTX 970 4GB)
Storage: Samsung EVO 850 250 GB SSD AND WD Black 2TB Performance Desktop Hard Drive
CPU Cooler: Corsair Hydro Series H105 Extreme Performance Liquid CPU Cooler CW-9060016-WW
Case: NZXT H440 Red-Black Edition
MotherBoard: Z97-X Gaming 5
Wifi & BlueTooth: GIGABYTE GC-WB867D-I
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Red 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600 MHz (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory
PSU: Corsair RM Series 850 Watt ATX/EPS 80PLUS Gold-Certified

In my NZXT Case, they install 4 NZXT fans on them, 3 in the front and 1 in the rear, but I plan to purchase 3 Corsair Air Series Red LED Fans, replace the rear fan with one of them, and replace the radiator with two of them and keep the radiator fit onto the top of the case.

Also, I want to add Alchemy Red LEDs on side and top, or top and bottom as well. Now my problem comes in with wiring… I believe as my first PC Build, wiring is not much of a problem with just basic research… But before I purchase all of these components I want to also buy with them, BitFenix Alchemy Red MultiSleeve Cables Red, I want to know all the different types I need… (24pin, 3pin, 4pin, etc…) as I never built a PC before I don't know which, and as you all see the components I've chosen above, they all need a certain connector. Can you tell me how many of each type I need to buy? Thanks!
