OMAP4430? Firmware Upgrade Encountered An Issue?!

"Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & try again" I'm on this thing for like hours now, trying to figure out how to do this. I'm using KIES, and everytime i try to connect my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 on my PC. It won't detect easily, but takes a long long time! It says Connecting… But it isn't really, but after 10 mins or so. It shows Device not Responding. Please help me
Added (1). I Don't really know about this OMAP4430 thing, but i think it's the reason my Tab couldn't connect to KIES. After a long time of "Connecting…" it says "Error Device not responding, To resolve the issue, reboot the device"
