My Samsung galaxy s3 won't charge? - 2

So I've had this phone for about 2 years now. It's under straighttalk so it's not replaceable. It died on me yesterday because it wouldn't charge. I've had issues in the past with other chargers not working. I would have to put it a certain way and not mess with it at all in order for it to charge. I got an Amazon kindle and the charger worked for it really well. It charged it quick and could use it while doing so. I had to use a different charger a couple days ago cause it was gonna die and I was out of town. It was like all the other chargers had to put it on a certain way. When I got back, I plugged it in with the charger that has always worked. It was like the rest again. Then eventually, it wouldn't charge at all not matter how I put it. I just want to know if it could be the battery or the connection on the phone where you put in the charger.
