So I got a Samsung Galaxy S5 on Thursday and on Saturday (2 days later) I noticed a small hairline crack on the screen. I did not drop the phone or bump it on anything. Then on Monday there was another small hairline crack coming off of the original one. Has anyone else had this happen to them? The phone company wants me to pay $100 to get a "refurbished" phone through the insurance plan. I don't think I should have to pay because I did nothing for the phone to break. Can anyone else tell me that this has happened to them.
