I'm getting a new phone soon and I'm on a budget so I've decided I want either an s3 or a 4s. I'm fine with both i just want to know which one i should get.
also please don't tell me to get like a 5 or s4 or something because as i said before im on a budget and these are the only two phones i want. Thank you:)
