I have a samsung galaxy 3 tablet that was working fine. Then this morning it started acting up. It will turn on but goes straight to the loading screen (before the home screen) and stops. It stays there. Ive tried turning it off but it keeps doing the same thing. Does anyone have any idea what to do? I dont know if its truly powering off because it doesn't take long before its back to that screen.
