I use Verizon and have a Samsung Galaxy s4, for the past two months, EVERYONE who has tried to call me, gets sent straight to voice mail. I have no idea I'm getting calls unless they leave a voice mail and I see it on my notifications bar. This is extremely frustrating as I have missed important calls from work and my dentist. I tried, without luck to contact customer support, with no success.
Does anyone know what can be causing this? I have tried factory resetting my phone, nothing seems to work, please help!
