I recently purchased a Galaxy Note 4 and rooted it. I am not versed with technology, and kind of regret rooting it as I have not found it to be very helpful in my case. Well, I did a factory reset yesterday not thinking about the potential consequences given that my phone was rooted. Now, my screen flashes "Installing System Updates." and I cannot get out of this screen. I tried holding the volume up (and down), power, and home button at the same time and it does not work for me. I can't access any type of recovery mode. Any help would be great - I just want to get my phone working again!
