I want to buy the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (T-Mobile model) to use on another carrier. I currently do not have T-Mobile service and do not plan on signing up for it. If I buy the Note 4 in one, full price payment, will it be unlocked? Will I need to sign up for T-Mobile service?
Also please don't tell me to get a different carrier model. I want the T-Mobile model.
