ok i have this weird problem on my samsung laptop. The down arrow is not responding most of the times, and often pages all of a sudden scrolls down to the bottom. It is very annoying. No its not the touchpad(i've locked it and am using a mouse.) the problem stops once i hit the alt+tab and open another window, but that is difficult and irritating when ur doing serious stuff please help
