So I purchased an S4 and as soon as I switched it on, it said samsung and there was an unlocked lock symbol under it with the word - 'CUSTOM'. What is that supposed to mean? Also, when I was setting up my mobile phone for the first time by adding a gmail account, and all that, I couldnt access the drop down menu. I wanted to because the wifi wouldnt turn on. Rather it would be stuck on 'TURNING ON'. Is this product a fake? It says it was made in Korea and also as soon as I received it, everything was in chinese or korean and the device feels lighter than ever.
