So I just moved fromthe US to Canada. I kept the same phone (galaxy s4 mini from.verizon) just changed the plan a bit so I can call/text between the countries still (no data). Anyway, I call voicemail and before it even rings, it goes "beep" ans hangs up. Ive tried calling from different phones too… Whats up with it? Is the international thing the problem? I cant find anythong helpful in settings…
