I bought several used iphones on ebay/amazon/craigslist, and the condition was never bad. I also bought some refurbish phones in the past, and it always look brand new. The reason I'm asking is because I'm thinking about buying a refurbish samsung galaxy 4. With new phones coming out every 6 months to a year, it's a bit hard to keep up with technology. Is buying refurbish phone smart?
