Ok while trying to phone the bank to cancel a debit card I needed to do the "press 1 for… Press 2 for… Etc" however my phone would NOT recognise this at all. It started dialling a new number.
I scrolled down the stupid bar at the top of the phone (I absolutely think this is stupid for it to do this automatically) and there's no option to dial anything there.
Is this just my phone or am I missing something? It wastes a bit of money waiting for them to repeat over and over until given to a human.
