So i have visited that adult site via my phone (i have a Samsung Galaxy s3, 4.3., if this is going to help), and a file started downloading automatically. Its format was.apk (p0rn app). It was downloaded on my device, but it was NOT INSTALLED, due to my phones default settings (Android blocks installation of apps that don't come from their store- Google Play). I've ran AVG anti virus(the free version) and it detected a malware, so the app was deleted. Then i format my phone (factory reset). After that, I've scanned my phone again, and it's 100% alright. My question is: Is there a way that this app stole any photos, videos etc from my device, even though it was NOT INSTALLED?
Please reply. I'm really nervous right now. I had some very personal photos and videos.
Also, i don't want to sound like a d*ck but, can you please give me at least 1 good reason on why should i trust your answer?
Please do not ignore my question, just because i visited an adult site. All people make mistakes.
