I just got a new Samsung Galaxy S4 battery, and one of the things the piece of paper that came with it says is that I should allow for a "24 hour charge" before use. It is "strongly recommended." What does this mean? Do I have to charge the new battery for 24 hours?
What I'm basically asking is, is this normal? Has anyone else done this?
