I just reset my Samsung Galaxy S4 to factory settings. When I attempted to sign into my Google account for Play Store, I receive the error message:
"Couldn't Sign in
Can't establish a reliable connection to the server.
This could be a temporary problem or your Android device may not be provisioned for data services. If it continues, call Customer Care."
Please help! I haven't been able to download any apps for the past few days… :(
