Is there an app to capture IR on a Galaxy S5 or Galaxy Note III?
Added (1). The Galaxy S5 has a Heart Rate Monitor, which looks like it uses IR, a Front and Rear Camera, and a Proximity Sensor. All of them have more some amount of IR sensing capability. Do you think there is an app out there official or unofficial that is able to detect InfraRed from IR LEDs.
