I have tried to access Pandora, the internet, youtube, and multimedia messages when I am not at home (no wifi) and it keeps saying no connection. I am able to make calls and text though.
My daughter and I have the same phone so we did some comparing trying to figure out what my problem could be. We realized my network says Samsung instead of Sprint. On my daughter's phone it says sprint.
So does anyone know how to fix this or what I can do?
We went to Settings > More > About Device > Status
And under network that's where mine says Samsung.
