I have a samsung galaxy s3, and i just updated my phone (got a notification of a new update). But it is still only 4.3. As I understood, KitKat is 4.4, and came out a while back. Is it not possible to get it on my phone? Or does it have to do something with the fact that I live in Finland? I've had pretty much the same version for ages. I know some stuff about phones but these software update thingies, I am not sure how they work.
