It's literally in perfect physical condition, it hasn't been mistreated and I bought it brand new from the Verizon store less than a year ago. For the longest time it was perfect but around March it started being weird. First off it started lagging when I typed. It would freeze for a second then spaz out and duplicate the word I was trying to type 2 or 3 times. Then just in general it got really laggy and weird. In the last few days the screen has frozen a few times and tonight it lost all 4G service and even though I had normal amount of bars for texting they weren't sending. It seems to be getting worse and I don't want to have to buy a new phone before I get an upgrade next year. This was supposed to be a great phone. Also I have over 5 gigabytes of storage space left so that shouldn't be causing a problem. I don't think I have a virus because I used the top rated virus scanning app and it said I didn't have one. Please help.
