I have had my phone for a little less than a year now.
I have been using it without any problems but today morning it started acting weird. When I woke up it had like 10% charge so I just wanted to play one game of flow and my phone has a good battery life so it usually works on low charge. When I turned the phone on I opened the app and about 2 minutes after I started playing it froze, It wouldnt even switch off so I took out the battery and put it back in and it worked for 2 seconds but froze again so then I put it on charge. While it was on charge i tried again, but it froze in 20 seconds. For the past 2 hours I have been trying to fix it but it doesnt seem to work! One of my friends told me to shut it down and hold the power and volume buttons for 20 seconds, then I read on the internet that I should take out the battery and hold the power button for 30 seconds, I tried both of these like 3 times but it never worked my phone would freeze in a few seconds. I read that a reset to factory settings should be done but I cant back up my files because it freezes when I hook it up to my laptop. Im okay with losing my pictures but I have a lot of important contacts That I can not afford to lose!
I cant buy a new phone but I have to fly to Orlando in a few days and this is my only source of contact. I have dropped the phone a few times but no cracks and it worked fine after. Also a few drops of water have been on the screen before but no problems until now.
Please help me!
