I've have this phone for a while and I'm starting to get this problem where it'll die literally 10 minutes off the charger. Like my phone will say it's at 85% and then just shut off and die randomly. I can never open snapchat off the charger because as soon as it opens it dies. I took it to T-Mobile and they said it was sort of swollen and they couldn't get me a new battery. My phone gets super hot on the charger sometime and I got a notification one time saying it had to stop because of the temperature. Now I'm going to get a new battery soon but I just wanna know if anyone else had this problem and if it was just the battery and not the device. I don't want to buy a battery and then the device be the problem.
Thanks! :)
