If I meet up with a seller of a galaxy s5 at T-Mobile, can I tell a T-Mobile employee that I am going to buy the brand new phone from this person/seller and would they check if the phone is not blacklisted or would be blacklisted? Would T-Mobile be able to keep an eye on that person and their account so they cannot commit an insurance claim/fraud on the device that I were to be purchasing? I just want to know that if T-mobile knows that he's selling the phone that is completely paid by the seller so its 100% his, that he loses the right to claim a theft or loss of that device. Thanks
