… WON'T charge (the lightning bolt on the battery icon indicates it is) but doesn't go up higher than 16% AFTER I have bought a NEW charger and A NEW Li-ion battery to replace the OLD ones (battery and charger) when I first encountered the problem, STILL the same after I've replaced them.
Please understand the problem well before answering.
Any advices?
