When I unplug my note 2 from my charger it will restart almost 100% of the time. When it restarts, it will always stay on restart loop unless I plug the charger cord back. It started out as mild restarts until I can't unplug it anymore because it will always restart now. I already tried factory reset. And system recovery. I think the battery is the cause of this. Because when I borrowed someone else's it doesn't restart anymore. But I need some expert's opinion… Please help.
