My Samsung Galaxy Note 2 (II) frequently randomly performs actions without me even touching the screen. For example, I won't touch the screen and the camera app would open, or random keys on the keyboard would be pressed. If I am on the lock screen and don't touch the screen, I sometimes see the bottom of the screen being pressed but I'm not touching the screen. Do you think it's hardware (like a problem with the screen) or most probably software (maybe try a reset?)
