when i tried to charge,it couldn't and the little battery symbol on the top right corner didn't even have the little thunder sign. What should i do? I have tried using other chargers,plugged into a laptop but nothing worked! I haven't tried to open the battery tho so i don't know whether that will work or not. I simply don't have the necessary appliances to get to the battery. My phone is the large version.Is this a temporary problem or should i go to a fixer(is that the right term?) to fix my phone?
