i used my brothers upgrade to avoid staying with a beat up phone for about a half year. Now he isn't going to use mine that i didn't wait for. I got the Samsung galaxy S3 mini because it was a special and we couldn't get a regular size online (i wanted an S4). Well now that i am using my original upgrade i can pick whatever phone i want and it came down to the S4 and the Iphone 5C. Which one is better? And i don't know which phone to pick… I will pick the best answer when i get back from school.
