Samsung galaxy S4 water damage touch screen?

so im 19 and naturally, my whole life is in my phone. Well today my almost two year old put my phone in the bathroom sink as it was filling up with water. I took it out and took all the pieces apart and let it set out to air dry. Around 8 hrs later, i went to turn it on and it turned on and received many notifications, all while making the correct noises to go along with each notification that was received. Both bottoms on the phone also works. The only thing that doesnt work it the actual screen. It is currently apart and air drying some more, and i briefly used an air duster to get inside the holes. Is there any way to get my screen to work?
