I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 unlocked and the reception is horrible, I have heard this can be a problem with the phones.
I have tried every troubleshooting idea to fix it with very little results! Sometimes I can get full signal outside but as soon as I walk into any building it stops working again.
Could it be the antenna or still a software issue?
