So I was at school and I was on my way to gym suddenly I remembered to go to the drug summit I went downstairs to gym my last class of the day and went and dropped my stuff down my two friends were in the boys locker room one of my friends were like don't worry he won't steal it. I was like lol so we all walked out I came to gym I asked my friends when to go to drug summit he said upstairs so I walked all the way up to there I was like 10 minutes late I went back at the end of drug summit and picked up my back pack I went to the bus and I was riding home I was thinking in my mind and I wanted to listen to music and digger to get my phone in my back pack (galaxy s4) so I digged through and felt something different I picked it up it was a friken 5s I was like holy crap and my s4 was still there I was happy and sad at the same time and got home I hooked it to my computer and got it i didn't put a password I kept the old password on it some how the Sim was already out and the next day me and my bud were working on our project when suddenly both the vice and head principle came out of no where and came and tapped on my shoulder I was scared they went to my locker and took every thing out they took my wallet and the 5s I found I was scared AF I went down to the office they called someone and said they found it they said that i have possession of stolen property and would have to go to court and pay a fine this is at Melrose ma I'm asking how much is the fine and whats gonna happen
