Ok so i currently have Metro PCS and even though i like their service, my phone however sucks. I used to have a Galaxy S2 on Sprint but i cancelled my contract early about a year ago due to having no service, slow speeds and no 4G which they make you pay like $10 extra for it. So i switched to Metro PCS and ive gone through two phones, first phone wasnt accepting my SD card and the phone didnt have a lot of memory and the second phone which i currently have isnt compatible with a lot of apps in the Google Play store.
So since i dont want to spend $600 upfront for a Galaxy S5 on Metro PCS, i was thinking in going to another carrier. But at the same time i dont want to be in a contract having to pay $80 or more (i was paying $95 for my galaxy alone on sprint) and not having unlimited data, since im used of having unlimited data i easily go over 3GB in less than a month because i constantly stream pandora, spotify and i use facebook, instagram often too.
Anyways for those who switched to Tmobile recently, can you explain to me how it works? If they approve my credit i know i can get the galaxy s5 with $0 upfront but what if i dont get approved?
and how much will i pay monthly? If i get the cheapest $40 package i get unlimited texting, calls and 1 GB of 4G LTE and when i go over they will just throttle the speed down until the month is over right?
Do they charge hidden fees too? Cuz sprint charged me over $15 of hidden fees my bill was like this $70+15+10=$95
Added (1). And how is the coverage and the speeds? Is it worth switching?
